Reduce Minor Team Eligibility

The Proposal: Currently our minor league eligibility is 200 games for skaters and 100 games for goalies. This proposal suggests a reduction from that 200/100 number to 150 NHL games played for skaters and 75 NHL games started for goalies.

Reducing 50 games will promote more thought on who to keep and who would need to be traded. Aswell it will help the majority of the league that cannot keep up in gp per matchup.
