IR Enforcement: So currently the system is that if a player is in an IR slot and becomes healthy the team is locked from making any transactions after a 48 hour grace period. I would like to change this so that after the 48 hour grace period the team roster becomes illegal. This will cut down on the cap circumvention that comes from leaving a player on the IR even though they are healthy.
